Remembering Psat And Present
Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. Hebrews 13:7. We set aside a day in May to remember those men and women who gave and continue to give their lives for our freedom, and with humble hearts, we give thanks for their sacrifice. We should also remember those who, as we read in Hebrews 11, gave their lives, endured unimaginable tortures, who paved the road for our freedom to share and speak the name of Jesus. Whose examples of strength and faith should give us the courage to stand in the face of oppsoition. And with such a great cloud of witnesses compassing us about, and through strength in Christ, shouldn't we too fight the good fight of faith, lay aside the things that weigh us down, and run with patience the race set before us? Let us therefore remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body. Hebrews 13:3. Remember there are soldiers fighting for our rights, to pray, to share the gospel, to speak the name of Jesus. Finally, my brethern, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God...Eph.6:10.
